Order Policy

  • We pride ourselves in using only the freshest of ingredients, which requires all orders to be placed a minimum of 48 hours in advance of pick up.

  • We do not have "ready-made" cakes in stock, all orders are custom made.

  • Orders can be placed through the website.

  • Details and final pricing will be agreed upon prior to production. 

  • Order confirmation is established when the order is confirmed via email.

  • Orders over $100 will require a 50% deposit.  

  • Please contact Wolfbay Café for an order consultation and deposit requirements.

Cancellation Policy

  • All order cancellations must be received a full seven (7) days prior to scheduled delivery or pick up, unless other terms have been agreed to during an order consultation. 

  • Cancellations can be made by phone or via email. 

  • Any deposit amount will be non-refundable if proper advance notice is not received.
